Among our years of business for quilt bedspread set, the ultrasonic bedspread set sell the most.  Why? Because the price for Ultrasonic is much lower.

1, Pinsonic Machine vs Quilting Machine vs Embroidery Machine

Pinsonic Machine: there are no needles, pressed by heat, it works rapidly, one day can make one container by one machine. It can be pressed on pritn quilt or solid quilt for microfber fabrics, velvet fabrics, satin fabrics, etc.

Quilting Machine: there are multi needles work at same time, so can only put one color thread, then the quilting patterns need to be simple like vermicelli, diamond, square check, times by 5cm repeat. Five days can make one container by one machine. It normally quilting for print bedspreads and some simple patterns on solid bedding sets.

Embroidery Machine: there are multi needles also, but with 12 heads. Each heads can work separately, so can do colorful stitching. More complicated patterns need more time for stitching. Ten days can make one container by one machine. It normally make solid bedding sets for embroidered quilts and bedspreads.

2, Pinsonic Patterns vs Quilting Patterns vs Embroidery Patterns

Pinsonic Patterns: any patterns are available, curve the pattern on the screen with dot, just pinsonic can only make for poly fabric with poly filling, can not make cotton materials.

Quilting Patterns: simple stitching patterns like geometric patterns, and the quilting size on the bedspread should be 2.5cm/5cm like this.

Embroidery Patterns: any compliacted patterns are available, the screen is made by computer.

So, why ultrasonic pinsonic quit bedspread is much cheaper? Because the machines work rapidly without any thread on the quilt sets.
